Heath Fields is a Cashless School – Introducing SchoolMoney

To make payments more convenient and secure, Heath Fields Primary School uses SchoolMoney, a cashless payment system that allows parents to pay for school items online. This includes payments for school dinners, trips, clubs, and other activities – all from the comfort of your home.

• Transparent: View your payment history and see upcoming charges.

How It Works:

1. Login Details:
• You will receive a text or email from the school with your login details, including a password and link to the SchoolMoney website: www.eduspot.co.uk.
2. Making a Payment:
• Go to the website, click “SchoolMoney Parent Login” and enter your details.
• You’ll see a list of items available for payment (e.g. dinner money, trip contributions).
• Select what you want to pay for and follow the steps to complete your payment.
3. Mobile Friendly:
• SchoolMoney can be accessed on any device with internet – including mobile phones, tablets, and computers.
