At Heath Fields Primary School, our main method of communication with parents is through our mobile app: School Jotter 3. Once downloaded to your phone or tablet, the app gives you easy access to the latest newsletters, messages from school, and the school calendar for upcoming events and important dates.

The app is free to download from both the iOS App Store and the Google Play Store, and allows you to receive instant notifications about updates posted on the school website, including events, newsletters, and important announcements.

How to Download and Use the School Jotter 3 App:

Download the App:

iOS: Open the App Store, search for “School Jotter 3”, and download the app.
Android: Open the Google Play Store, search for “School Jotter 3”, and download the app.

Register Your Account:

Open the app and tap “Register Account.”
Enter the registration code provided by the school.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete registration.

Select Heath Fields Primary School:

Once registered, select Heath Fields Primary School from the list of schools.

Start Using the App:

You’re now ready to receive regular updates, news, and key dates from school directly on your device.
